Furnishings and Unfurnished Homes Mod List

Here you'll find two related mod lists. The first is a list of mods that include items you can decorate your home with which can be found in the game (through purchase or in loot). The second list is of homes for the player that are either unfurnished, or have significant space left for the player to furnish. I've tried to make a note of the mods in this list that have homes which are only partially empty.

These aren't really "my" lists--both of them could only have reached this phase because people in the community have pointed out these mods in one thread or another. I'm only the person who is trying to get all of this info together and packaged neatly. So here they are; please let me know of any more mods that should be added to either list.
